Pretzel Snacks

Round pretzel (not stick, the bowtie kind, small)
Dark chocolate Hersey kisses (unwrapped)
Peanut butter M&M's

Preheat oven to 325. On a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread pretzels on top of parchment paper. Place unwrapped Hersey kisses on top of pretzel. Place in oven for 2 to 3 minutes - just enough to soften the kisses. Remove from oven and place M&M's on top of kiss and press down very so slightly. Cool. Eat.

It will make as many as you have kisses in the bag.

Where the Carpet is Worn

I’ve noticed something others have not.
In the chapel there’s a certain spot,
Where the carpet is worn and testimonies born.

Standing at the pulpit with down cast eyes,
I saw the carpet worn into a basic foot size.
Where sinners have stood and where more would.

That worn carpet pleases my Lord,
And sins are forgiven as a reward.
Where He lifts hanging hands and He understands.

Another spot worn down with wear,
Comes from knees in humble prayer.
Where boys kneel and a promise seal.

Before the body and blood they knelt,
And imagined how the Savior’s wounds felt.
Where healing will start and a change of heart.

The carpet is worn, the grooves are deep.
I can heal, I can know, and I can weep,
Where the carpet is worn and my testimony born.
